How do I find the items I need? |
The
product group headings in the left frame contain the
main group headings. As you click on any headings the
complete list of items with full details will appear
in the main section. To reduce the time for the information
to load, you will see only six products per page. You
may select the next group of six items by clicking
on the "next 6" text on the page, and so on until all
items have been displayed.
We
have also provided a comprehensive search facility at
the top of the page, you will find a search box. You
may search by product description.
You will then be presented with a list of items that match the search
criteria.

How do I select the items I wish to buy? |
Once
you have the items you require on screen, you may obtain
more details on any product by clicking the more information
link. If you wish to purchase that item, simply click "add
to basket". If you wish to order more than one piece,
type the required quantity in the Qty box and then
click "add to basket". You can remove any items added
to your basket later, before you confirm your final
order, there is no commitment to buy at this stage.
As
you add items to your basket, you will see the quantity
change in basket view. "your basket" contains "items",
please note it may take a few seconds for this to refresh
as you add items.

What happens when I have completed my shopping list? |
The
basket view will show the total quantity of items added
to your basket. Click on the "Checkout" button in this
bar, this will take you to another page which shows
you a list of all items selected, their prices and
totals. It will also show you any relevant delivery
charges within the Mainland U.K.
At
this point you may choose to proceed to checkout and
confirm your order and payment options, continue shopping
and add additional items to your basket, or remove
any items you do not wish to purchase.

How do I pay for my order? |
If
you have an existing credit account with us, we will
automatically open an on line credit account which
allows you all the benefits of placing your order on
line, at your convenience, but you must pay for your
invoices in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
.

When will I receive my order? |
Most
orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days of
us receiving them, but if any item is out of stock,
this may take up to 14 days. We will contact you if
any item will take longer than 14 days to deliver.
Orders
can be sent on a guaranteed next day service (subject
to availability) but this may incur additional charges,
please call our sales team on 01268 710209 or e-mail

advice and to confirm availability.

How can I check what I have ordered? |
A
confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you
automatically. No payment details will show on this
e-mail for security reasons.

How do I contact you for any queries or problems
I may have? |
Although
we have introduced our on line store as an alternative
means by which you can access our products (especially
during out of office hours), we are still available
between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday by calling 01268

What if I am not happy with any items I order? |
Should
you be unhappy with any product it may be returned
for a full refund or credit within 14 days of receipt,
subject to the following conditions and exclusions;
1. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
2. Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
3. Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Online Pharmacy.
4. Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
5. Controlled drugs may not be returned for credit or refund.
6. Items that are within 6 months of their expiry date may not be returned
for credit or refund.
7. Orders over £250.00 (excluding V.A.T.) may only be returned for
credit or refund with our prior written approval. If accepted back,
a restocking/handling fee of 25% of the original sale price will be
levied on all such returns.
To
help us process returns as quickly and accurately as
possible, please call our customer services team on
01268 710209 for advice BEFORE returning any goods.
Please also return a copy of our delivery note or invoice
with the goods with an explanation of why goods are
being returned.
