These terms and conditions apply to
all transactions between the buyer & onlinepharmacy.uk.com
and override any conditions the buyer and onlinepharmacy
may have otherwise, except those confirmed by onlinepharmacy
in writing. Any variations on these conditions
stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied
by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable
unless accepted by onlinepharmacy in writing. This
transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and
governed by English law.

Payment
options for all other customers |
All orders require pre payment in
full by cheque or cash before goods are dispatched.
All prices shown exclude V.A.T., which
will be charged on all orders at the current rate,
unless goods are to be delivered outside of the
E.C., or proof of V.A.T. exemption is received.
All orders for delivery within the European Community (E.C.) will have
V.A.T. charged at the current U.K. rate unless a E.C. V.A.T. number
is provided by the ordering organisation.
All orders within the U.K. will be
invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
Although we make every effort to maintain
prices, they may be subject to alteration without
prior notice. However, should prices vary on receipt
of your order, we will contact you to confirm your
acceptance before payment is processed and your
order is despatched.

Delivery
Charges Within the U.K. |
All orders above £400.00 (excluding
V.A.T.) will be delivered within the U.K. free
of any delivery charges. A delivery and handling
charge of £8.00 will be applied on all orders below £400.00
(excluding V.A.T.) if delivered within the U.K.
Additional charges may apply for guaranteed, express
deliveries or special delivery requirements. Additional
charges may also apply for delivery of larger items
if there is restricted access or special circumstances
need to be considered.

Delivery
Charges Outside the U.K. |
All orders delivered outside the U.K.
will incur additional delivery charges irrespective
of order value. If delivery is requested outside
the U.K., we will confirm the exact delivery charge
before your payment is requested and the order
is despatched.
Although most orders are despatched
by next day courier, we reserve the right to select
the most economical method of delivery.
We hold large stocks of most items
and endeavour to despatch most orders within 1-2
working days of receipt of your order. However,
please allow up to 14 days for your complete order.
If we expect delivery to exceed 14 days we will
advise you an estimated delivery date.
Whilst every care is taken to describe
the products accurately, customers should satisfy
themselves that the product meets their requirements.
onlinepharmacy reserves the right to amend specifications
on all items without prior notice. We also reserve
the right to withdraw any item from sale without
prior notice.
All goods will remain the property of onlinepharmacy until paid for
in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the
customer until payment has been received in full by onlinepharmacy,
until such time, onlinepharmacy reserves the right to repossess any
goods.
Shortages, breakages, non-deliveries
or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working
days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered
outside of this period.
Should
you be unhappy with any product it may be returned
for a full refund or credit within 14 days of
receipt, subject to the following conditions
and exclusions;
1. Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
2. Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
3. Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Online Pharmacy.
4. Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
5. Items that are within 6 months of their expiry date may not be returned
for credit or refund.
6. Orders over £250.00 (excluding V.A.T.) may only be returned for
credit or refund with our prior written approval. If accepted back,
a restocking/handling fee of 25% of the original sale price will be
levied on all such returns.
To
help us process returns as quickly and accurately
as possible, please call our customer services
team on 01268 710209 for advice BEFORE returning
any goods. Please also return a copy of our delivery
note or invoice with the goods with an explanation
of why goods are being returned.
Deliveries for any goods may
be suspended pending any contingencies beyond
onlinepharmacy's control. onlinepharmacy will
not be liable for any loss or damage caused to
the customer thereby.
